Everybody knows how important a right skincare routine is. Even if your someone who does not have the time to pamper your skin with face masks, there is no excuse for skipping the CTM. For those of you who do not know what CTM is, it stands for Cleansing, Toning and Moisturizing. I cant tell you how important a right CTM is for your skin.

But you don’t always have to use fancy products for your skincare. You can use very natural method with natural items which are already present in your kitchen. Now this is going to save you some bucks too (yaaay!). Here is one such natural skin care (CTM) routine out of many. So lets get started.

Get these from your kitchen (some of you might have never visited this place. so step inside now)

  1. 1 cucumber.
  2. 1 cup coconut milk.(you can use whole milk also)
  3. Half lemon.
  4. Avocado.
  5. The H2O.

and the process….

Take the cucumber peel it. Blend this with 1cup coconut milk and you have your very own cleanser. Now wet your face with warm water and massage it onto your face. Rinse off with cold water. Hello clean face!

Take juice from half a lemon. Pour this into a bottle and add half cup water to it. Shake! Shake! And that is your toner. Dip a cotton ball into the mixture and wipe on your face. Done!

Cleansing done! Toning done! Next is moisturizing. Take Avocado and rub this wonderful fruit all over your face. Leave it for 15 minutes and then rinse it off with lukewarm water.

And that’s it. A very simple method with very easily available items. Now do not waste your time trying to figure out which products to buy, which brands to buy and so many other confusions. Just take a visit to your kitchen and just do it.Finally, once again I am reminding you, do not skip your cleansing, toning , moisturizing routine. It is so important.
