Hey beautiful people! How are you guys doing?
If you remember my previous post which was the first impression and swatches post of the Inglot Aquastics cream eyeshadow and the diamond lip tints, I have already mentioned that this post is going to be a review of the cream eyeshadow. And here I am up with the review.
Aquastic – water-based cream eye shadows will ensure a long lasting effect with a subtle or stronger shine depending on the application. Even a minimal amount provides strong coverage. Crease and smudge proof.
Launching in 10 shades, ranging from silvers and golds to rose, blue and green.
Even though long lasting, thanks to its water-based formulation, the product is easy to remove, even with plain water.
Price and Availability
$17 (89 AED) for 4.8g and available at all Inglot stores. Available in 10 shades. Check out the shades available and swatches here
My review of the Inglot Aquastic cream eyeshadow
The Inglot Aquastic cream eyeshadows comes in a transparent tube packaging. The packaging is so convenient, you can carry it wherever you want. Hence travel-friendly.Comes with an applicator you can use the applicator and place the product on your eyelid. But the right way is to place the eyeshadow on the back of your hand and then using a brush apply it to your eyelid. But remember to work fast as it might dry out if you take too much time. There will be ample time to use it and blend it but once it dries it wont move.
The consistency of the eyeshadow is somewhere between liquid and cream. Which makes it an awesome choice to double up as an eyeliner. Has a beautiful shimmer. The eyeshadow is really pigmented. You can also layer it and build up the colour and the shimmer, if you prefer. If you don’t want to use this as an eyeshadow, it also works as a great base under any other eyeshadows. Looks so beautiful, acting as a great base and add a little bit of shimmer. You can also use a sheer wash of colour and shimmer for a less dramatic look too. Has no fragrance.
I actually love how beautiful it looks on the eyelid. Perfect to add a pop of colour too. I own two shades,20 and 15. Shade 20 is a beautiful green shade, while 15 is a beautiful copper shade . This lasts for 8 hours. The shades 15 creases a bit after that and both the shades begin to fade. Otherwise these does not smudge or crease. One of the greatest disadvantage of these eyeshadows is that if you have so many wrinkles on your eyes, then this might make it look more obvious.
Even though it feels so hard to remove, it really is so easy and that I love about it.This is not water-proof. So if you prefer water-proof makeup then you might not want it.This is water-based and removes easily with water, only by rubbing gently. The quantity is also great and I think there will not be any need for re-purchase any time soon.
Summing up everything for those who hate to read

Not in love with:
- May accentuate the wrinkles on the eyes.
Overall, I think the Inglot Aquastic cream eyeshadow is not something that wows me but still I think it is nice to own a few shades, if you spot the shades you love. Definitely not a wrong choice, but not a must-have either. I give it 4/5 considering the quality of the product and I think it’s worth trying.
